Dr. Jack McElligott

Jack graduated from RMIT in 2016 with a Bachelor of Health Science/Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). Before joining the team here at Croydon Osteopathy in early 2019, Jack has worked in both private practice and corporate healthcare.

Jack has a strong passion for Osteopathy. This was originally founded through the treatment of multiple sporting injuries of his own. Jack found osteopathy to give the best outcomes for his own injuries.

Jack has a fascination for the human body and its anatomy. He enjoys finding ways to make his patients’ lives easier in order to enhance their quality of life.

Jack has completed further training in myofascial dry needling, cupping, taping and ergonomic assessments and advice. Whether your pain is acute or chronic, Jack believes that all patients should leave the clinic with a better understanding of their pain, including what they are experiencing and why.

Holistic treatments include manual therapy, stretching and strengthening, along with increased ergonomic awareness and adjustments to the patients day-to-day life.

Outside of work Jack enjoys keeping fit, sport, spending time with his family and friends, and travelling.

If you have any questions about how Osteopathy can help you or a family member please call the clinic on 9725 1488 or email Jack directly at jack@croydonosteo.com.au
